Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp or Insta DM. We will go ahead and cancel your order and refund you the full amount.

Return/Refund/Replacement Policy

Customers can ask for a return, refund or replacement if an order:

  • is delivered in a damaged condition
  • has missing or incomplete items
  • has items different from what was ordered
  • is different from the description on our website
  • is delivered more than 2 days late than the promised ETA

In addition, if you are not happy with the effectiveness of our products, we will refund you if you claim within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If paid by credit cards, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. In case of payment gateways, refunds will be made to the same account. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours.
